These include investment professionals, certified high net worth individuals and certified or self-certified sophisticated investors, together with regulated financial advisers and wealth management professionals.

We operate on a non-discretionary, introduction-only basis. Where advisory services, regulated funds or other regulated activities are required, we introduce qualifying investors to FCA-authorised firms. We may also introduce qualifying investors to private companies raising capital, in circumstances where communications are made in reliance on applicable Financial Promotion Order exemptions.
