Virtus Energy drive revenue through their consultative approach which leads to paid for installations of hardware that suits their customers requirements.

They are technology neutral, meaning the business can advise on a case-by-case basis, rather than potential customers going to hardware manufacturers who would be obliged to sell their own products. This means their customers do not need to shop around the industry to compare products as VE can deliver it all as a complete service, as well as aftercare service too.

In addition to this, VE are actively driving revenue through recurring reporting and management for businesses.

Once VE have provided the initial installations of charging units, they produce reports on how they can best use their new services and bring repeat business by extending their solutions i.e. installing further units in their workplaces, or more units in housing developments - which will be mandatory on new-build development’s from 2025.

The initial phase of their use off proceeds went towards the hire of key staff - to scale up the business and reach their Installation goals. Following a successful 6 months after their last round of funding, Stockbrook capital are now issuing £1million in private equity to aid Virtus Energy in increasing the scale of the business, taking advantage of advanced negotiations to expand their operation in Europe & USA and capitalise on the rapidly growing commercial market right here in the UK.

Virtus Energy have shown great attitude and commitment to the business and also capturing a niche market that is vastly becoming the broadest market. The use of funds allowed them to immediately strengthen their marketing and business development divisions whilst also adding to their Consultancy and Installation offering with key hires identified and employed.

VE are also in the development stages of the Virtus Energy back-end system, which will include an app that allows their customers to control their charger and monitor their electricity spend From the convenience of their own smartphone.

This system will allow our existing commercial clients to monetise their assets, such as public car parks with EV units, to control electricity use and monitor charge points.
