A redeemable share with fixed income is a type of investment that combines features of both stocks and bonds. It offers investors regular, fixed dividend payments, similar to the interest paid on bonds, making it a predictable source of income.


Redeemable shares and common shares are different types of stock a company can offer. Redeemable shares can be bought back by the company and usually provide fixed, regular dividend payments, making them a more predictable income source. However, they often don't come with voting rights. 


On the other hand, common shares can't be bought back in a predetermined way and offer variable dividends based on the company's performance, but they do give shareholders the right to vote on company matters. In case the company goes out of business, redeemable shares typically get paid before common shares.


A corporate guarantee is a promise made by a company to take on the financial obligations of a third party if that party fails to meet its debt or payment obligations. Essentially, it's a way for one company to back up the creditworthiness of another, offering assurance to lenders or suppliers that the debt will be repaid. This can help the third party secure loans or favourable terms from creditors, as the corporate guarantee reduces the risk involved.

  2. Flexible Investments: For those seeking more adaptable options, Acorn offers products like the Acorn Flexi Portfolio, which provides a one-year term and the flexibility to adapt to market changes​​.
  3. Fixed-Income Portfolio: This option allows investors to spread their investment across a range of projects, providing quarterly income payments. It’s designed for those looking for regular, predictable income​.


These investment options are structured to cater to varying financial goals, whether seeking regular income or capital growth.


The redeemable share coupon is paid quarterly (every 3 months). The payments are part of Acorn's fixed-income investment products. Investors receive these payments as part of their agreement, which specifies the return rate and schedule upfront. This predictability makes it easier for investors to forecast their financial returns and manage their investments effectively.


Investors can choose to invest in specific property development projects through redeemable shares. These shares not only provide quarterly income but also potential capital growth upon the project's completion.


Example: If an investor puts money into a project with a three-year term, they can expect to receive quarterly payments throughout these three years. At the end of the term, they would also receive their initial investment back along with any additional profits from the project’s success​ 


The minimum investment is £25,000

At Acorn Property Group, you generally cannot trade out your fixed income shares early. Fixed-income investments are designed to last for a defined period, during which you receive regular coupon payments. These investments are structured to pay a fixed amount until maturity, at which point you get your original investment back.
